Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached; for safety and hygiene, used protective gear or sharpened skates cannot be accepted.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
